Pursuant to section 62 of the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Act 1989, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.


1 Title

This order is the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Order 2015.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on 24 December 2015.

3 Termination of statutory management of corporations named in Schedule

The corporations named in the Schedule cease to be subject to statutory management at 10 am on 24 December 2015.

4 Revocation

Schedule Corporations ceasing to be subject to statutory management

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on 24 December 2015, removes 2 companies from statutory management under the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Act 1989 (the Act).

The effect of this order is that at 10 am on 24 December 2015, in accordance with section 62(3) of the Act,—

  • the following 2 companies cease to be subject to statutory management:

    • Hubbard Churcher Trust Management Limited:

    • Forresters Nominee Company Limited:

  • the appointments of their statutory managers terminate.

This order also revokes the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Order (No 3) 2010, which placed those 2 companies into statutory management in 2010.
