This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on 23 June 2016, specifies 24 June 2016 as the date on which the Masterton Licensing Trust’s undertaking is vested in the Masterton Community Trust. The effect is that, on that date,—

• the Masterton Licensing Trust is dissolved; and

• all real and personal property of the Masterton Licensing Trust, including all licences under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, vests in the Masterton Community Trust; and

• all money payable to or by the Masterton Licensing Trust is payable to or by the Masterton Community Trust; and

• all liabilities, contracts (including employment contracts), and engagements, and all rights and authorities, of the licensing trust are the liabilities, contracts, engagements, rights, and authorities of the Masterton Community Trust; and

• all proceedings by or against the Masterton Licensing Trust may be carried on or prosecuted by or against the Masterton Community Trust.
