These regulations are made under section 19(1)(a) and (b) of the Environmental Reporting Act 2015—

(a)

on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and

(b)

on the joint recommendation of the Minister for the Environment and the Minister of Statistics made after complying with the requirements of section 19(2) and (3) of that Act.
