This order is made under section 26A of the Public Finance Act 1989 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council.
This order is the Public Finance (Transfers Between Outputs) Order 2017.
This order comes into force on 30 June 2017.
Order: confirmed, on 8 May 2018, by section 5 of the Appropriation (2016/17 Confirmation and Validation) Act 2018 (2018 No 8).

The amounts in the following table—
were appropriated for output expense appropriations in Vote Health for the financial year ending on 30 June 2017; and
are directed to be transferred to the output expense appropriations in Vote Health set out in subclause (2):

The appropriations to which the amounts in subclause (1) are directed to be transferred and the amounts that are directed to be transferred to each of those appropriations are as follows:
were appropriated for output expense appropriations in Vote Police for the financial year ending on 30 June 2017; and
are directed to be transferred to the output expense appropriations in Vote Police set out in subclause (2):
The Public Finance (Transfers Between Outputs) Order 2016 (LI 2016/131) is revoked.
