(1)
An application, under section 45(2) of the Act, to remove a registered geographical indication from the register must—
be filed with the Registrar; and
be signed by the applicant; and
contain—
a statement of the basis on which the applicant claims to be an interested person; and
the grounds for removal and the provisions of the Act to which those grounds relate.

An applicant must pay the prescribed fee for an application in accordance with Part 11.
