(1)
An application, under section 46(1) of the Act, to alter a registered geographical indication or the conditions or boundaries relating to it must—
be filed with the Registrar; and
be signed by the applicant; and
contain,—
if the applicant is not the registrant, a statement of the basis on which the applicant claims to be an interested person; and
the proposed alteration; and
the grounds on which the alteration is proposed.
(2)
An applicant must pay the prescribed fee for an application in accordance with Part 11.
