1 Title

This order is the Children’s (Prescribed State Service) Order 2017.

Clause 1: amended, on 21 December 2018, by section 10(2) of the Children’s Amendment Act 2018 (2018 No 58).

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on 11 August 2017.

3 Prescribed State service

The State services specified in the Schedule are prescribed under section 15(4) of the Vulnerable Children Act 2014 for the purposes of paragraph (h) of the definition of prescribed State service in section 15(1) of that Act.
