This order is made under section 2 of the Telecommunications (Property Access and Other Matters) Amendment Act 2017 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council.
This order is the Telecommunications (Property Access and Other Matters) Amendment Act 2017 Commencement Order (No 2) 2017.
Section 18 of the Telecommunications (Property Access and Other Matters) Amendment Act 2017 comes into force on 18 August 2017.

This order brings section 18 of the Telecommunications (Property Access and Other Matters) Amendment Act 2017 (the amendment Act) into force on 18 August 2017.
Section 18 provides authorisations for the purposes of the Commerce Act 1986 in respect of transactional arrangements for the extension of the Rural Broadband Initiative and for the Mobile Black Spot Fund announced by the Minister for Communications on 12 March 2015.
All other provisions of the amendment Act are already in force.
