This order is made under section 2(2) of the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Amendment Act (No 2) 2005 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council.

1 Title

This order is the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Amendment Act (No 2) 2005 Commencement Order 2019.

2 Commencement of section 3(2)(a) to (f), (h), (j) to (r), and (t), (5), and (7), and section 52(1) of Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Amendment Act (No 2) 2005

Section 3(2)(a) to (f), (h), (j) to (r), and (t), (5), and (7), and section 52(1) of the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Amendment Act (No 2) 2005 come into force on 1 October 2019.
