This order is made under section 2(1) of the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Amendment Act 2008 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council.
This order is the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Amendment Act 2008 Commencement Order 2019.
Section 4(4) of the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Amendment Act 2008 comes into force on 1 October 2019.

This order brings section 4(4) of the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Amendment Act 2008 into force on 1 October 2019.
Section 4(4) replaces the definition of nurse practitioner and provides for the term to have the meaning given to it in regulations made under the Accident Compensation Act 2001.
