These regulations are made under sections 428, 444, and 448(1) of the Social Security Act 2018—

(a)

on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and

(b)

for suspension of debt recovery regulations made under section 448(1) of the Act (see regulation 8 of these regulations), on the Minister’s recommendation made under section 448(3) of the Act.
