to maintain physical distancing, except—

from any fellow resident; or

to the extent necessary to access, or provide, a business or service to which physical distancing infection control measures apply under clause 10; and

if their home or place of residence is mobile, to keep that home or place of residence in the same general location, except to the extent they would be permitted (if it were not mobile) to leave the home or place of residence as essential personal movement.
