Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 1 December 2020, imposes a levy on bovine milksolids produced in New Zealand by dairy farmers and supplied to dairy processors. The levy is payable to DairyNZ Incorporated.
