This order is made under section 42 of the COVID-19 Response (Requirements For Entities—Modifications and Exemptions) Act 2020—

(a)

on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and

(b)

on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, made in accordance with section 42(6) to (8) of that Act.
