Student Allowances Amendment Regulations 2021

Present:
The Right Hon Jacinda Ardern presiding in Council

These regulations are made under—

(a)

section 645 of the Education and Training Act 2020 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and

(b)

clause 6(1)(b) of Schedule 1 of the Education and Training Act 2020—

(i)

on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and

(ii)

on the recommendation of the Minister of Education made after being satisfied of the matters in clause 6(2) of Schedule 1 of the Education and Training Act 2020.
