These regulations are made under section 115 of the Dairy Industry Restructuring Act 2001—
on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and
on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture.
These regulations are the Dairy Industry Restructuring (Raw Milk) Amendment Regulations 2021.
These regulations come into force on 1 June 2021.
These regulations amend the Dairy Industry Restructuring (Raw Milk) Regulations 2012.

In subclause (2), most recent forecast of the farm gate milk price, in relation to Goodman Fielder New Zealand Limited, means the most recent forecast of the farm gate milk price as defined in subclause (4) plus 10 cents per kilogram of milk solids.

These regulations, which come into force on 1 June 2021, amend regulation 19 of the Dairy Industry Restructuring (Raw Milk) Regulations 2012 (the principal regulations).
Regulations 19 and 20 of the principal regulations, relating to the price of raw milk, are amended by the Dairy Industry Restructuring Amendment Act 2020 with effect from 1 June 2021. The further amendment to regulation 19 is necessary to give the pending amendments to that regulation and regulation 20 their full intended effect.
