These regulations are made under sections 43F, 43G, and 43TA of the Gas Act 1992—

(a)

on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and

(b)

on the recommendation of the Minister of Energy and Resources made in accordance with sections 43J to 43O of that Act.
