These regulations are made under section 143(2) of the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.
These regulations are the Motor Vehicle Sales (Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunals Funding Levy) Amendment Regulations 2022.
These regulations come into force on 1 August 2022.
These regulations amend the Motor Vehicle Sales (Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunals Funding Levy) Regulations 2003.
In regulation 4, replace “$127” with “$210”.

These regulations amend the Motor Vehicle Sales (Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunals Funding Levy) Regulations 2003 and come into force on 1 August 2022. These regulations increase from $127 (including goods and services tax) to $210 (excluding goods and services tax) the annual Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunals levy payable by motor vehicle traders under the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003.
