This order is made under section 26(1)(a) and (c) of the Public Service Act 2020 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council.

Order

1 Title

This order is the Public Service (Spatial Planning Board) Order 2023.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on 1 July 2023.

3 Principal Act

This order amends the Public Service Act 2020.

4 Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2, Part 3, replace the item relating to Strategic Planning Reform Board with:

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on 1 July 2023, amends Part 3 of Schedule 2 of the Public Service Act 2020 to reflect the renaming of one of the interdepartmental executive boards from Strategic Planning Reform Board to Spatial Planning Board (the board).

This order further amends that schedule by expanding the remit of the board to include the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health.
