This order is made under section 32(1)(a) of the Ombudsmen Act 1975 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council.

Order

1 Title

This order is the Ombudsmen (Spatial Planning Board) Order 2023.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on 1 July 2023.

3 Principal Act

This order amends the Ombudsmen Act 1975.

4 Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1, Part 1B, replace the item relating to Strategic Planning Reform Board with:

Spatial Planning BoardMinistry for the Environment

Clerk of the Executive Council.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on 1 July 2023, amends Part 1B of Schedule 1 of the Ombudsmen Act 1975 to reflect the renaming of one of the interdepartmental executive boards from Strategic Planning Reform Board to Spatial Planning Board.

Issued under the authority of the Legislation Act 2019.
