  • Royal New Zealand Air Force Act Commencement Order 1952: revoked, on 6 November 2008, by clause 3 of the Regulations Revocation Order 2008 (SR 2008/367).

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 1 of the Royal New Zealand Air Force Act 1950, I, Bernard Cyril, Baron Freyberg, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as follows:—

  • This Proclamation may be cited as the Royal New Zealand Air Force Act Commencement Order 1952.

  • The Royal New Zealand Air Force Act 1950 shall come into force on the 15th day of September 1952.

Issued under the authority of the Regulations Act 1936.
