Revocation of the Customs Duty on Government Goods Order 1954: revoked, on 28 February 1972, by the Revocation of the Customs Duty on Government Goods Order 1954 (SR 1972/21).

PURSUANT to section 141 of the Customs Act 1913, as amended by the Customs Amendment Act 1921, His Excellency the Governor-General hereby makes the following order.

This order may be cited as the Customs Duty on Government Goods Order 1954.

Duty in accordance with the Customs Act 1913 shall be levied, collected, and paid on 16 mm cinematograph film projectors being the property of the Crown in respect of the Government of New Zealand and imported into New Zealand or entered for home consumption by or for any Department of State.
Date of notification in Gazette: 22 December 1954.
