Courts-Martial Appeals Act Commencement Order 1955

Note

These regulations are administered in the Navy, Army, and Air Departments.

PURSUANT to the Courts-Martial Appeals Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

This order may be cited as the Courts-Martial Appeals Act Commencement Order 1955.

The 1st day of March 1955 is hereby appointed as the date of the commencement of the Courts-Martial Appeals Act 1953.
