Distillation (Fees) Regulations 1960: revoked, on 15 September 1961, by regulation 80 of the Distillation Regulations 1961 (SR 1961/110).

These regulations are administered by the Customs Department.
Pursuant to the Distillation Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following regulations.

(1) These regulations may be cited as the Distillation (Fees) Regulations 1960.
(2) These regulations shall come into force on 1 January 1961.

There shall be paid to the Collector of Customs in respect of every licence to distil spirits for fortifying New Zealand wine and every licence to distil any liquid or substance other than spirits the annual licence fees referred to in the Schedule.
