Oamaru Licensing Trust (Abolition of Wards) Order 2016

This order is made under 337(1)(h) of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012—
(a)
on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and
(b)
on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice.
Order
1 Title
This order is the Oamaru Licensing Trust (Abolition of Wards) Order 2016.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on 1 August 2016.
3 Abolition of wards
The wards of the Oamaru Licensing Trust are abolished.
4 Revocation
The Oamaru Licensing Trust Order 1961 (SR 1961/145) is revoked.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 1 August 2016, abolishes the wards of the Oamaru Licensing Trust.
