Gaming Amendment Act Commencement Order 1964

  • Preamble

    WHEREAS by subsection (3) of section 4 of the Gaming Amendment Act 1963 it is provided that that section shall come into force on a date to be fixed for the commencement thereof by the Governor-General by Proclamation:

    Now therefore I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as follows:

  • This Proclamation may be cited as the Gaming Amendment Act Commencement Order 1964.

  • Section 4 of the Gaming Amendment Act 1963 shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1964.
