Revocation of Orders in Council Relating to Extradition Between Denmark and New Zealand

This order is administered in the Department of Justice.

PURSUANT to section 21 of the Extradition Act 1965, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that on the 18th day of April 1968 the Orders in Council specified in the Schedule hereto shall cease to have effect as part of the law of New Zealand.
