Revocation of Honey Board (Transfer of Powers) Order

This order is administered in the Department of Agriculture.

PURSUANT to section 7 of the Agriculture (Emergency Powers) Act 1934, as amended by subsection (2) of section 8 of the Marketing Act 1936, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Honey Board (Transfer of Powers) Order 19381.
