This order is administered in the Ministry of Transport.
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
1 Title
This order may be cited as the Transport Amendment Act Commencement Order 1970.
2 Commencement of section 16 of Transport Amendment Act (No 2) 1969
Section 16 of the Transport Amendment Act (No 2) 1969 shall come into force on the 1st day of February 1971.
