PURSUANT to the Evidence Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
1 Title
This order may be cited as the Evidence (Photographic Copies) Order (No 2) 1971.
2 Authorised person
New Zealand Farmers' Co-operative Association of Canterbury Limited is hereby declared to be an authorised person for the purposes of the Evidence Act 1908.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the older, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order declares New Zealand Farmers' Co-operative Association of Canterbury Limited to be an authorised person for the purposes of the Evidence Act 1908. The effect of the order is that section 5 of the Evidence Amendment Act 1952 will apply to the company so that photographic copies of its records will be admissible in evidence.
Issued under the authority of the Regulations Act 1936.
