Pursuant to the Alcoholism and Drug Addiction Act 1966, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
Order
1 Title and commencement
(1)
This order may be cited as the Alcoholism and Drug Addiction Institutions Order 1972.
(2)
This order shall come into force on 1 July 1972.
2 Institution certified
The institution to be known as The Bridge, Wellington comprising the several properties named and described in the Schedule is hereby certified as an institution under the Alcoholism and Drug Addiction Act 1966.
