This order is administered in the Department of Justice.

PURSUANT to section 1(2) of the Aviation Crimes Act 1972, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

  • This order may be cited as the Aviation Crimes Act Commencement Order 1974.

2 Commencement of sections 7, 8, 15, and 16 of Aviation Crimes Act 1972
