PURSUANT to section 2 of the Tokelau Islands Amendment Act 1970, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
1 Title
This order may be cited as the Tokelau Islands Amendment Act Commencement Order 1975.
2 Commencement of Part 1 of Tokelau Islands Amendment Act 1970
Part 1 of the Tokelau Islands Amendment Act 1970 shall come into force on the 1st day of December 1975.
