Pursuant to the Companies Special Investigations Act 1958, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and, in relation to clause 2, on the advice of the Minister of Justice given on the recommendation of a committee appointed under section 472 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby makes the following order.
Order
1 Title and commencement
(1)
This order may be cited as the Companies Special Investigations Order (No 3) 1976.
(2)
This order shall come into force at 4 pm on 10 May 1976.
2 Act to apply to certain companies
It is hereby declared that the Companies Special Investigations Act 1958 shall apply to the companies specified in the Schedule.
3 Receiver and manager
Frederick Nelson Watson of Auckland, Chartered Accountant, is hereby appointed receiver and manager in respect of each company to which this order applies.

1 General
This is a consolidation of the Companies Special Investigations Order (No 3) 1976 that incorporates the amendments made to the legislation so that it shows the law as at its stated date.
