Hovercraft Act Commencement Order 1977

PURSUANT to section 1(2) of the Hovercraft Act 1971, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

1 Title

  • This order may be cited as the Hovercraft Act Commencement Order 1977.

2 Commencement of Hovercraft Act 1971

  • The Hovercraft Act 1971 shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1977.
