Revocation of Economic Stabilisation Regulations: revoked, on 1 July 1987, pursuant to section 2(a) of the Economic Stabilisation Act Repeal Act 1987 (1987 No 126).

This order is administered by the Ministry for Primary Industries.
PURSUANT to the Economic Stabilisation Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the regulations specified in the Schedule to this order.

Explanatory Note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order revokes the Price Freeze Regulations (No 6) 1973 which imposed a freeze on the charges for certain services. The charges for those services remain subject to the provisions of the Stabilisation of Prices Regulations 1974.
This order also revokes certain flour and butter subsidy reduction regulations that are spent.
Issued under the authority of the Legislation Act 2019.
