Town and Country Planning Act Commencement Order 1978

  • Town and Country Planning Act Commencement Order 1978: revoked, on 6 November 2008, by clause 3 of the Regulations Revocation Order 2008 (SR 2008/367).

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

1 Title

  • This order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning Act Commencement Order 1978.

2 Commencement of Act

  • The Town and Country Planning Act 1977 shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1978.
