PURSUANT to the New Zealand National Airways Corporation Dissolution Act 1978, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

Contents

1 Title

This order may be cited as the New Zealand National Airways Corporation Dissolution Act Commencement Order 1978.

2 Commencement of section 4 of Act

Section 4 of the New Zealand National Airways Corporation Dissolution Act 1978 shall come into force on the 1st day of December 1978.
