Revocation of Education Regulations
(SR 1978/69)
Revocation of Education Regulations: revoked, on 6 November 2008, by clause 3 of the Regulations Revocation Order 2008 (SR 2008/367).

This order is administered in the Department of Education.
PURSUANT to section 38 of the Finance Act, 1931 (No 2) in respect of the regulations fourthly specified in the Schedule to this order, and to the Education Act 1964 in respect of the other regulations specified in that Schedule, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the regulations specified in the Schedule to this order.
