Note
This order is administered in the Department of Labour.
PURSUANT to section 1(2) of the Minimum Wage Act 1983, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
1 Title
This order may be cited as the Minimum Wage Act Commencement Order 1985.
2 Commencement of Act
The Minimum Wage Act 1983 shall come into force on the 2nd day of September 1985.
