This notice is the Fisheries (Quota Management Areas, Total Allowable Catches, and Catch Histories) Amendment Notice (No 2) 2006.

This notice comes into force on 30 September 2006.

This notice amends the Fisheries (Quota Management Areas, Total Allowable Catches, and Catch Histories) Notice 1986.

Schedule 1 is amended by—

• (a) omitting items D and E relating to black cardinalfish and substituting the items set out in Part 1 of the Schedule of this notice:

• (b) omitting items B, C, and D relating to frostfish and substituting the items set out in Part 2 of the Schedule of this notice:

• (c) omitting items A, B, H, and I relating to ghost shark and substituting for each item the corresponding item set out in Part 3 of the Schedule of this notice:

• (d) omitting item G relating to orange roughy and substituting the item set out in Part 4 of the Schedule of this notice:

• (e) omitting items F and G relating to ribaldo and substituting the items set out in Part 5 of the Schedule of this notice:

• (f) omitting item D relating to rig and substituting the item set out in Part 6 of the Schedule of this notice:

• (g) omitting items D, G, and H relating to rubyfish and substituting for each item the corresponding item set out in Part 7 of the Schedule of this notice:

• (h) omitting item A relating to sea perch and substituting the item set out in Part 8 of the Schedule of this notice:

• (i) omitting items C, D, and G relating to white warehou and substituting for each item the corresponding item set out in Part 9 of the Schedule of this notice.
