PURSUANT to section 1(2) of the Road User Charges Amendment Act 1979, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:

1 Title
This order may be cited as the Road User Charges Amendment Act Commencement Order 1987.
2 Commencement
Section 9 of the Road User Charges Amendment Act 1979 shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1987.

This order brings into force section 9 of the Road User Charges Amendment Act 1979, which relates to additional charges for default in payment of amounts due under the Road User Charges Act 1977.
