This order is administered in the Department of Labour.
PURSUANT to section 1(2) of the Immigration Act 1987, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
1 Title
This order may be cited as the Immigration Act Commencement Order 1987.
2 Commencement of Immigration Act 1987
The Immigration Act 1987 shall come into force on the 1st day of November 1987.
