Industrial Training Levies Order 1987: revoked, on 1 July 1994, by section 21(2) of the Industry Training Act 1992 (1992 No 55).

This order is administered in the Department of Labour.
PURSUANT to section 5(1) of the Industrial Training Levies Act 1978, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the Advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
Contents
1 Title and commencement
-
(1) This order may be cited as the Industrial Training Levies Order 1987.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 14th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
2 General basis of levies
Any levy imposed under section 4 of the Industrial Training Levies Act 1978 shall be imposed on the general basis set out in the Schedule to this order.
3 Revocation
The Industrial Training Levies Order 19861 is hereby revoked.
