State-owned Enterprises (Department of Lands) Order 1987: revoked, on 12 May 2011, by clause 3 of the Regulatory Reform (Revocations) Order 2011 (SR 2011/99).

Pursuant to subsection (5) of section 32 of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986 (as added by section 9(2) of the State-Owned Enterprises Amendment Act 1987), His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

1 Title and commencement

(1) This order may be cited as the State-Owned Enterprises (Department of Lands) Order 1987.

(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of January 1988.

2 Extension of transitional arrangements

It is hereby declared that Part 3 of Schedule 4 to the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986 shall continue to have effect after the 31st day of December 1987 until the 31st day of December 1988.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the Order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on 1 January 1988, provides that Part 3 of Schedule 4 to the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, which relates to the Land Act 1948 and the Department of Lands, continues to have effect until 31 December 1988.
