Regulations

1 Title and commencement

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Fees Regulations 1987.

(2)

These regulations shall come into force on 1 April 1987.

2 Amount of goods and services tax included

It is hereby declared that the fees fixed by the regulations, rules, and orders specified in the first column of the Schedule are inclusive of goods and services tax under the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985.

1 General

This is a consolidation of the Fees Regulations 1987 that incorporates the amendments made to the legislation so that it shows the law as at its stated date.

2 Legal status
