Sheriffs' Fees Amendment Regulations 2004: revoked, on 1 July 2013, pursuant to regulation 28(e) of the High Court Fees Regulations 2013 (SR 2013/226).

Pursuant to section 100A of the Judicature Act 1908 and section 39(1) of the Supreme Court Act 2003, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

1 Title

(1) These regulations are the Sheriffs' Fees Amendment Regulations 2004.

(2) In these regulations, the Sheriffs' Fees Regulations¹ are “the principal regulations”.

2 Commencement

These regulations come into force on 1 April 2004.

3 Fees prescribed

Regulation 2 of the principal regulations is amended by inserting, after the words “Court of Appeal”, the words “or the Supreme Court”.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 1 April 2004, amend the Sheriffs' Fees Regulations 1988 by inserting into those regulations a reference to the Supreme Court established by the Supreme Court Act 2003.
