  • Work Centre (Henderson) Revocation Notice 1989: revoked, on 6 November 2008, by clause 3 of the Regulations Revocation Order 2008 (SR 2008/367).

1 Title and commencement

  • (1) This notice may be cited as the Work Centre (Henderson) Revocation Notice 1989.

    (2) This notice shall take effect from the 15th day of June 1989.

2 Revocation

  • The Work Centres Notice (No 4) 19841 is hereby amended by revoking clause 2(3) and so much of the Schedule as relates to the Henderson Work Centre.

Issued under the authority of the Regulations Act 1936.

Date of notification in Gazette: 22 June 1989.
