This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order brings the balance of the provisions of the Tourist Hotel Corporation of New Zealand Act 1989, namely, sections 15, 17, and 19 into force on 15 June 1990.

Section 15 omits, on that date, the reference to Tourist Hotel Corporation of New Zealand Limited from Schedule 14 to the Income Tax Act 1976. That Schedule lists State enterprises in relation to which the provisions of that Act relating to the grouping of tax losses do not apply.

Section 17 omits the reference to Tourist Hotel Corporation of New Zealand Limited from Schedule 1 to the Official Information Act 1982. That Act will thus cease to apply to the company on that date.

Section 19 omits the reference to Tourist Hotel Corporation of New Zealand Limited from Schedule 1 to the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986. That Act will thus cease to apply to the company on that date.
