PURSUANT to the Education Act 1989, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following regulations.

1 Title and commencement
-
(1) These regulations may be cited as the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Fees Regulations 1990.
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the day after the date of their notification in the Gazette.
2 Licence fee
There is hereby prescribed for the purposes of regulation 8(4) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990 a fee of $85 (inclusive of goods and services tax under the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985).
